ski season off to a great start
It's been a busy couple of months at Foresight hosting school groups from the Front Range and adults from all around the country. By the end of February we will have hosted students from 8 school districts plus welcomed two blind teens from Nashville, Tennessee. Ability levels range from never having skied before to accomplished rippers. Everyone keeps up their energy thanks to lunch provided by Qdoba in Vail. Check out the fun we have!
Another summer of succesSful camps with Foresight
Foresight Adventure Guides for the Blind held two summer camps this year. Campers and guides had a blast horseback riding, hiking to a small waterfall, playing beep kickball and of course rock climbing. But the best part of camp was watching these kids build meaningful relationships with other kids who are "just like them." It's watching the older kids take the younger campers under their wing to be sure they remain safe and have fun. And seeing the campers smile from ear to ear warms anyone's heart. Come join us next summer. You'll be glad you did!
Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.
