Christine Holmberg – Executive Director
My love for the mountains brought me to Colorado.  My desire to give back and do for others lead me to the nonprofit world.  I joined Foresight Ski Guides in early 2019 after spending more than a decade working in hotel sales and event planning in the Vail Valley.  Prior to moving to the Vail Valley in 2005 I worked as a television producer in San Diego, Reno, NV and San Francisco.  My diverse set of skills provide a strong foundation for running a nonprofit. 
 I had never spent much time around blind or visually impaired people before.  Working for Foresight Ski Guides has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had.  Seeing how skiing can have such a profound impact on the lives of the blind and visually impaired is gratifying beyond words.
I feel fortunate to be surrounded by a strong and passionate group of individuals who are dedicated to expanding Foresight’s reach so more adults and youth can experience the freedom, confidence and thrill of whooshing down a mountain on a pair of skis or a snowboard. 
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, dancing and spending time with my family and friends.
